Jackson Hogg are pleased to be supporting a global organisation in the requrements for a Maintenance Manager on a fixed term contract for 24 months located in Teesside.

A snapshot of the requirements are listed below:

* Ensure the working environment, equipment, plant and people meet with legislative and internal health and safety standards at all times

* Where accidents do occur ensure immediate and unambiguous action is taken, following the Accident Reporting Procedure.

* Be certain that maintenance and breakdown always works meet both GMP and HACCP requirements.

* Ensure all equipment and plant is maintained to a level that allows the Production of products that meet the requirements of the internal specifications and are produced in line with the Quality Management System. Ensure your team communicate any necessary amendments or deviations to the Technical Department.

* Support the Technical team in ensuring all Fabrication requirements as highlighted via external audits, pest control visits and internal processes are completed in good time and to the required standards.

* Where opportunity lies for improving team or individual performance you are to provide mentoring and / or coaching as required, within a structured framework & to a documented outcome in line with business procedures.

* Attend and represent your team at the key site meetings ensuring you are prepared to give factual feedback on your team's performance and how you are working with other functions to meet production and site targets.

* Maintain proximity with the support functions of Production, Supply Chain, R & D, Technical, Commercial/ Marketing, Finance and HR to harness the wider team in delivering your targets.
