Performance Marketing Manager

You are a Performance Marketing Manager responsible for driving development and execution of acquisition strategies for the businesses and brands you work for, across all marketing channels. You already work in an online marketing acquisition position and have a passion for taking on challenging acquisition campaigns, with especially strong skills in Display, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate Marketing.

Key Tasks
* Responsible for all the key ways to drive potential customers to the online buying experience.
* Major project to work towards bringing all the Paid Search (PPC) and Display advertising in house, so experience with doing this type of media buying is 100% essential
* Owns and builds key traffic-driving partnerships online eg Emmas Diary around a strategy developed specific to traffic driving partnerships
* Will make a recommendation for or against the use of Affiliates and own this area
* Works with other digital marketing team members to grow the email database
* Responsible for social media advertising
* Advertising online including linking in with offline activities
* Ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communication
* Management of a digital marketing manager who will assist in the execution of strategy within the performance marketing space
* Works with team members to help ensure the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy works complementary to the paid search strategy

* Analytically minded and able to translate analytics into actionable ideas
* Commercially aware and able to present clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and ROI
* Proven experience in paid search strategy and buying
* Proven experience with A/B testing
* Proven experience developing acquisition campaigns across digital touchpoints
* Works within a team to achieve common goals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Customer-centric but revenue-driven mentality
* Comfortable working within a small team in a fast-paced environment

* Experience developing junior staff
* Has worked with Shopify
