Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Injection Moulding to join our highly motivated and well-established team.

As a Project Manager Injection Moulding you will be the subject matter expert for injection mould machines and associated equipment. You will work as part of our operations team as the expert for operational changes and technical support, which will include complex troubleshooting. You will act as a mentor for Engineers and Technicians providing support when required to achieve goals.

You will be an integral part of the senior team working towards continuous improvement of the company's injection moulding capabilities. You will work with key stakeholders in the business supporting program bids and scale-up projects, ensuring that they are delivered to meet customer requirements.

Role purpose:

To be the subject matter expert for activities associated with program bids, design for manufacture, installing, validating, maintaining and continuously improving all Moulding systems to deliver best in class service.

To act as a mentor for engineers and technicians providing support when required to achieve business goals.

To role model the Core Values in all activities undertaken.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Extensive Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Engineering experience that includes asset care, acquisition, and improvement related to plastic injection moulding machines, tooling, automation, and process infrastructure.

Apprenticeship served or, relevant qualification (plastics processing and/or materials technology) with a demonstrable track record of completing formal training in plastics processing (BPTA, G&A or equivalent). HNC/HND/Degree level in an Engineering or relative experience.

Excellent knowledge of Mould Principles disciplines with tool design and polymer science experience and knowledge.

Strong experience in Validation (Process or Product) and Risk Management Process, including the application of Project Management principles.
