TWI CL has a 12-month maternity cover opportunity for a Senior Company Certification Officer, at Senior Project Leader – Support Services level, to deliver our company certification products. TWI CL company certification products have a direct relationship to the success and profitability of companies worldwide by enabling them to show compliance with European and International product standards. Credible certification and customer satisfaction are imperative for the growth of these products and we are looking for someone who is committed to accuracy, detail and customer service.

After in-house training, you will be responsible for the delivery of TWI CL company certification schemes and will be required to:

• Plan and process assessments from enquiry through to completion

• Update databases, and maintain records

• Diarise actions and plan assessments

• Service client relationships, promote the products and develop the brands

• Produce assessment quotes and contracts, and issue invoices

• Maintain compliance with external requirements and support external audits

You will be degree qualified and have demonstrable achievement in the required competences. Able to work in a small team with minimal supervision, you will have the attention to detail to deliver your tasks according to procedures and with a high level of accuracy, combined with a highly-developed customer-focused approach to build and maintain client relationships. You will be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in writing, you will be confident, organised and methodical. You will have the capacity to develop specialist understanding of relevant processes, standards, legislation, and technical requirements, and the ability to solve problems by investigation or negotiation. A high competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and database use is essential. Project planning experience is highly desirable. You will conduct yourself in line with TWI’s values of teamwork, innovation, taking responsibility, customer focus, adaptability and respect.
