The Pastoral System at Tonbridge is based around a very strong House system, clear expectations and strong and positive relationships between boys, staff and parents.
Fostering an atmosphere in which all members of the community look out for each other is at the heart of all that we do.
We are looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Assistant House Matron to look after the day-to-day needs of boys aged 13 to 18 yrs. Ideally experienced in a similar role, each successful candidate will be friendly and sympathetic with excellent communication skills, and have a practical and well organised approach to work.
It is essential to be a car owner/driver.
