Due to continued success and the acquisition of several new developments across the North, our clients, an established New Homes Business, are now seeking an experienced New Homes Sales professional to join the team.

Initially based on site at an extremely prestigious site comprising of 60 units in Newcastle, the successful candidate, subject to performance, will experience rapid career progression within the company, and it is envisaged that this will develop into a Regional role over the next 12 months.

•Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties on site and off plan, ultimately leading to a sale
•Progress all sales through to completion, liaising with all parties concerned to ensure a smooth transaction
•Maximising all sales opportunities to achieve set targets
•Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers on site
•Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities

The Person

You will already be currently working, or have experience of working in New Homes, ideally with a minimum of 2 years experience, have a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.

•The company operate at the upper end of the market, so you must be able to deal with client??le at this level, including overseas purchasers
•Ambitious and committed, with the drive to develop your skills and knowledge
•Have a good understanding of floorplans and CGI layouts
•Have a strong character that always strives for excellence, representing yourself and the company in the best light
•Be of a persuasive nature, energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious, with a clear passion for Property Sales
•Extremely smart and always well presented, with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
•A good understanding of the property sales process
•Be commercially aware and understand your market
•Ideally a member of the NAEA or NFOPP
•Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle

The Reward

•Up to GBP25,000pa depending on experience
•Uncapped GBP40,000pa OTE
•Rapid Career Progression Available - Regional Role Potentially within 12 Months

•10am to 5pm Thursday to Monday
