Cambridge University Press has an opportunity available for an SAP Delivery Manager to join our team based in Cambridge. You will join us on a full time, 6 month fixed term contract basis and in return, we are offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role:

We are looking for an innovative, collaborative and decisive SAP Delivery Manager to lead a project to address our change backlog in our SAP environment.  The role is a 6 month FTC, based in our Cambridge office, managing teams based in Cambridge, India and Manila, reporting directly to the Head of Business Systems.

The role will be instrumental in clearing a backlog if changes in our SAP environment, delivering real Business benefit to our Publishing, Finance and Supply Chain colleagues.  Working with our SAP CoE, you will have responsibility for the planned development, QA and deployment of these changes, ensuring they fall into our overall change management process.

You will have a breadth of experience in a dynamic SAP environment, as well as having a wide knowledge of the associated systems and technology landscape. You will be innovative about the longer-term future of our systems and our overall proposition within the SAP environment

Skills and experience required to become our SAP Delivery Manager:

You will have a significant and proven track record of delivering SAP change programmes to tight timescales and challenging requirements as well as helping achieve key SLA’s. You will be able to demonstrate the delivery and deployment of such a programme.

You will have an extremely strong relationship with our six behavioural values; collaborative, decisive, empowering, innovative, responsible and responsive.
