Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for providing a first-class service to our customers; resolving all possible enquiries first time and delivering high quality performance via all channels; telephony, email, live chat etc.
 
Receiving enquiries relating to all aspects of service, you will provide advice, information and support to customers, helping them manage their account. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business you’ll ensure our service operates successfully for our customers.
 
With previous experience in a Customer service environment, you will be a competent IT user including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
