Our client is an award winning privately owned specialist trade contractor in the Construction industry.  Established in 1986 the business has experienced a period of continued and sustainable growth. 

They specialise in the high quality interior fit-out of commercial office space generally for blue chip clients and predominantly in central London.  They have their own branded range of partitioning systems which are highly regarded and have secured numerous industry awards.

Graduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor (1 place available, start date flexible - April 2019 Onwards):

As a trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will work within the Major Works commercial department shadowing a Senior Quantity Surveyor learning the fundamentals of their business and trade. They will offer you guidance and assistance with your development that will be individually reviewed periodically. You will gain a wider knowledge of how a commercial team interact with each department and how success is delivered. 

In order to succeed you will need to be tenacious, able to quickly establish working relationships with a variety of people and thrive in a varied and fast paced environment.

You will have received, or be expecting to achieve, a degree of at least 2:1 level, but the course studied is not as important as having the requisite personal attributes.

Graduate Trainee Project Manager (1 place available, start date flexible – Summer 2019 Onwards):

As a trainee Project Manager, you will work within the Major Works contracts department shadowing a Project Manager learning the fundamentals of their business and trade. You will learn about the role and responsibilities of a Project Manager under guidance from the experienced team. They will support you with your development, giving you the skills that you will need to manage a project from start to completion and become a successful Project Manager.

In order to succeed you will need to be tenacious, able to quickly establish working relationships with a variety of people and thrive in a varied and fast paced environment.

You will have received, or be expecting to achieve, a degree of at least 2:1 level, but the course studied is not as important as having the requisite personal attributes.
