Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Executive - I am currently looking for an experienced travel professional with account management experience. This will working for a niche travel service provider based in their office near Heathrow area. They are looking for someone who understands the travel industry and is willing to make this role their own. They will pay a salary of around GBP32,000 basic with an uncapped OTE.

Sales Account Executive, Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the portfolio of current and new clients accounts
• Recognising the opportunities for business development within current client portfolios
• Preserving account presence by providing a trusted relationship with senior client personnel
• Assisting the Head of Global Sales in growth of overall global strategy for existing and potential clients
• Recognising short and long-term sales prospects
• Anticipating client needs beyond present scope of services
• Working successfully with internal teams across the company
• Reporting to the Head of Global Sales on weekly activities and sales goals
• Handling company's internal communication
• Managing communications on client/account response
• Preparing group and individual account/client proposals
• Providing stats and reports from Salesforce on a weekly and monthly basis
• Ensuring that clients specifics are always up to date on database

Sales Account Executive, Key Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel industry (Essential)
• A minimum of 2 years of sales knowledge (Essential)
• Bachelor's degree in business management or similar (Essential)
• Exceptional communication skills in English (oral and written) (Essential)
• Previous working experience in administrative or sales role (Essential)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Essential)
• Experience using Salesforce (Desirable)
• VIP or Concierge experience (Desirable)
