As part of their commitment to people development and learning they are looking to appoint a Construction Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising contractors to achieve high quality workmanship within time and budget limits. This will include liaising with internal teams, contractors and consultants to site difficulties and requirements are actioned. You will ensure property information is recorded and advise the Construction Manager when opportunities arise, for quality improvements or cost savings to schemes on site. You will snag and back snag works and be the main point of contact for the management of latent defects.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record in a similar working environment within the commensurate knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning requirements
Experience working in the construction sector primarily housing building / maintenance sector.
Highly developed customer service, liaison and communication skills
Able to diagnose maintenance problems and identify solutions across all trades
An ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
A full driving licence
