Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust works to protect and enhance the wildlife and wild places of Leicestershire and Rutland and to engage people with nature.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and coordinate membership promotion, recruitment and retention for the Trust. You will also manage the efficient administration of our membership function and ensure effective communication with members.

We are looking for an excellent team player who has suitable experience within a customer service or membership role. Good knowledge of database administration and demonstrable success with recruiting and retaining members is essential.
