Graduate Embedded Systems Engineer (Electronics)
Location: Cambridge
Salary: up to GBP32k

Our client is a designer and manufacturer of embedded hardware and software products, specialising in cellular and bespoke communication markets, serving clients worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
* system design, including gaining an appreciation of cellular and other specifications,
* embedded system design, typically C/C++ on an embedded linux platform,
* protocol stack development, again in C/C++,
* physical layer algorithm development, often in Verilog on an FPGA,
* RF board level design and test,
* design and development of a range of tools for use in-house and by customers,
* development and execution of product test.
Successful applicant will have:
* Degree-level Education in Electronic Engineering or Physics (2:1 +)
* Proficiency with C/C++
* Knowledge of digital communication systems and digital signal processing
* Knowledge of Verilog
