OSR is excited to be working alongside a non-profit organisation who are looking for a motivated and engaging Employment Team Leader to join their hard-working team.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
* GBP26,491.00 with an increase after the completion of successful probation period.
* 37.5 hours per week
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working closely with your manager to ensure that team targets, new initiatives and team developments are succeeded
* Ensure that the team gets effective supervision inline with company policy
* Working with the team to ensure strong relationships are built to create effective working partnerships with external partners
* Oversee the progression and development of the team and following various methods to allow this to continue
* Attend networking events
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Experience in supervising a team
* Experience of working with vulnerable people
* Have successfully formed partnerships with other organisations
* Must have a clean and full driving licence
* Excellent coaching and development skills
* Knowledge of employment law and other employment legislation's
