Purpose of the role

To support the delivery of quality seminars and events.

Responsibilities

  • Helping to ensure that all internal and external events are successfully delivered and reflect the desired environment in terms of quality and experience

  • Working with the Events team to review the success of individual external facing seminars/events and feeding back to sectors with suggestions for improvement, where relevant

  • Working closely with the rest of the Client & Marketing team to ensure events activity is joined up with other marketing channels where necessary

  • Liaise with FOH teams and support them in their management of the smaller events, and ensure standards and systems are being upheld

  • Optimising processes around the delivery of events to ensure a seamless service to stakeholders and clients

  • Keeping up to date with developments in the event industry (in particular around event technology)

  • Supporting the Events team to provide a high quality advisory service to teams/individuals running their own events

  • Ensure Browne Jacobson brand standards are applied at all times, in order to create a positive impression

  • Pro-actively seeking customer/client feedback with a view to ensuring 5 star service

  • Provide cover for the FOH Team Leaders absence/holidays in emergency situations if required

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

Technical skills

  • Previous events experience - able to confidently support the coordination of events to a high standard.
