Our client is a family run business which has significant growth ambitions and seeks to gain a major foothold in the specialist and retail focused bread and convenience food sector.
Currently, they are relative newcomers to the sector, so they are seeking to appoint an entrepreneurial manager, with leadership capabilities, business accumen and numeracy skills.
The ideal candidate will be from an industrial, retail or service background, where tangible business transactions are commonplace, and a breadth of functional skills are utilised. This therefore may suit someone from manufacturing, retail or restaurant management, or product trading, in which they have had to utilise business, numeracy and IT skills in order to develop a business.
The role will provide the opportunity for an individual to flourish, but it will be essential that the successful candidate is hands-on and hard working in order to make this succeed.
