Chichester / Guilford

GBP45,000 +

Boden resource have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager working for a service provider to be based 3 days a week at Chichester and 2 days at Guildford.


* Experienced Facilities Manager working for a Global business

* Ensure that standards are maintained across the sites and coordinate the Maintenance

* Develop and coach the team on site and motivate staff

* Liaise with Stakeholders and clients daily ensuring a smooth customer journey and standards are met

* Procurement & Vendor Management - ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget

* Management of Sub Contractors on site who deliver the Hard and Soft services

* Management of the Compliance and H&S ensuring the site meets relevant standards

* Identify and mange any risk in relation to non-compliance

* Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards

* Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement


* Global Business


* Previous experience within a similar role essential and within property management

* Previous experience managing Sub contractors across hard and soft services

* Relevant Hard and Soft services qualifications desirable e.g. IOSH

* Strong leadership skills with a lead from the front approach

* Client facing with previous experience working with stakeholders

* Previous experience within a pharmaceutical contract highly desirable

* Good communication skills both verbal and written

* Organised, efficient and detail-oriented with keen eye for detail

* Previous experience with compliance and Health & Safety
