Look no further, a one of a kind opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Management Accountant to join our Graphics division.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Lead and support commercial pricing decisions and business tenders recognising impact to EBITDA

* Develop Production KPI's around production and sales volumes, stock and waste

* Report and review profitability by revenue stream and customer to drive change

* Drive business profitability through financial reporting and team meetings

* Preparation and communication of Graphics site reporting pack identifying key variances to budget, forecast and prior year

* Preparation of month end numbers and monthly reforecasts for the Graphics business, reporting to central finance and other key stakeholders within the business

* Lead and manage the annual budget process

* Control and report the Bowler / CIP / Capex targets for the year identifying over performance and risk

* Provide information to internal and external bodies including tax, banking and auditors

* Responsible for raising Graphics CAPEX requests and

* Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, weekly cashflow forecasts and monthly Intrastats and quarterly VAT returns

* Identify and report business risk to the Divisional controller

* Document systems and procedures to ensure business continuity

* Develop an excellent working relationship with the Shared Service functions

* Support the Commercial team, reconciling working capital requirements for the retail contract and attending regular meetings with major retailers

* Conduct area safety inspections on a quarterly basis and complete paperwork

* Regular travel to Lincolnshire

Key Requirements:

* Experience of working in a commercial finance environment within either the Reprographics or Manufacturing sectors

* Professionally qualified - includes QBE

* Problem solving and decision-making ability appropriate to the role

* Proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates "can do" attitude

* Ability to communicate with audit teams and 3rd party providers

* Ability to communicate effectively on all levels to financial and non-financial audiences

* Computer literate - Advanced in Microsoft Excel

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to prioritise own work and work of others to meet deadlines to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment

* Friendly, approachable and flexible - a team player

* Forward thinking

* Leads by example having a strong work ethic, but effective delegator

* Travel will be required therefore a current, clean driving licence is essential
