The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for their client who are leaders in their field, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford.
Duties include:
- Being responsible for rental properties.
- Answering and dealing with queries from landlords and tenants.
- Arranging for contractors to visit properties and ensuring repairs are completed properly.
- Dealing with quotations.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying up to GBP19,000 plus bonuses. Hours are Monday - Friday 08.30 - 18:00 plus some Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
Due to the location of this role you must have your own transport
