The school are looking for a talented Year 1 Teacher who has the creativity to plan exciting lessons that capture the children's interest. They should be designed in a way that inspires and encourages the children to actively participate in the lesson through communication and teamwork.
About the Role
In this exciting Year 1 Teacher position, you will be leading a spirited Year 1 class of 27 pupils. You will be delivering stimulating lessons with the assistance of a full-time Teaching Assistant and naturally able to add to the creative environment of the department. With phonics being a focus for the children's development of early reading in Year 1, you should be able to confidently deliver lessons to a mixed-ability class, whilst supporting their emotional needs as well.
