My client, an award winning bespoke electrical manufacturing company, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Cwmbran, South Wales.

The Customer Service Advisor job, South Wales, will be a key member of the Customer Service Team. You will be working alongside the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor to establish good working relationships within the organisations, to lead and co - ordinate a small team to improve processes, deliver on sales and deliver on time delivery, and to ensure a first-class customer experience. Some of the responsibilities will include processing orders, relevant forms, applications and requests. As well as preparing shipping and customs documentation such as a, Letter of Credit, in compliance with legal obligations.

The Customer Service Advisor Cwmbran, South Wales, will a degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the role. You will have worked within a manufacturing environment and have knowledge of SAP. Also, the ideal candidate will have experience in exporting from the UK to non - European markets and the paperwork necessary. Experience and knowledge of Letter of Credits is also required for the right candidate in this role.
