Financial Secretary
* Newcastle Upon Tyne
* Full-time permanent
* GBP17K-GBP22K - Depending on experience

A well-established Accountancy practice located in Newcastle city centre have experienced considerable growth and require an experienced financial secretary to join their support team.
The role includes;
* Managing telephones - taking messages & passing on to the relevant person
* Assisting fee earners and other admin staff with ad-hoc duties
* Arranging appointments & managing diaries
* Reception cover when fulltime receptionist is not available
* Typing letters, reports and documents
Person Specification;
* Previous reception/secretarial experience - preferably within the financial sector
* Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work in high pressure environment, working within deadlines
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Be a positive and committed individual who is committed to the firm and represents their core values at all time
The successful candidate will have significant secretarial experience within the Financial sector and salary will be granted based on relevant experience within a similar environment
