Designer/Customer Service admin

A sign company that predominately erects estate agents advertising boards is looking to recruit a Full Time Administrator/Designer. The location is rural Wishaw, Sutton Coldfield (B76 9QN) and not on a main public transport route so your own means of transport would be essential.

We are a small family run business and the ideal candidate will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude with a flexible approach to assisting other team members when required. This rolemay be suited to someone who is looking for a current graphic design role but with strong customer service skills, the position is 75% admin based.

Main duties include:

 

•           To assist with the production of boards and banners including creating artwork using Coral Draw and Adobe.

• Effectively record, assign, monitor and administer client orders

• To ensure the provision of an excellent customer experience by liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and clients

• Ensure all orders and any issues are handled promptly and effectively

• Ensuring that all actions are logged onto our bespoke ordering system and confirming completion of works through the same system

• To provide support and guidance to our contractors in the carrying out of our work and in line with our standard practice

• In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Proficient working in Adobe photoshop
• Keen eye for design with excellent eye for detail

 
In return you will receive a salary up to £21,000 depending on experience Free onsite car parking and 5 weeks’ holiday (after qualifying period)
