Badenoch + Clark are currently working with a number of Public Sector clients to source highly skilled Desktop Support Engineers on an interim contract basis.
We have roles based across the North East down into Teeside, so if you're looking for a new role in that area please get in touch!
In terms of the duties, we'd be looking for you to be able to do the below comfortably:
• Install, configure and test end-user hardware, software and network systems.
• Provide technical support to users in respect of end-user device hardware, software and network systems.
• Provide advice, guidance, training and support to users in the use of end-user hardware, software and network systems.
• Assist with the installation and support of data and voice systems, as required.
In term of technologies, you'll need to be an expert in supporting:
• MS Windows 7/8.1 and MS Office 2010 products
• MS Office 365
• Microsoft SCCM
• Active Directory support and management.
