Maintenance Joiner
Field Based (with travel to sites throughout the North West)
The Company
Our client is a successful and fast-growing provider of property and construction services to customers across a variety of industries, including the commercial, public and transport sectors.
They are now looking for a Maintenance Joiner to join their team and carry out work at sites across the North West.

The Role
As a Maintenance Joiner, you’ll carry out joinery work at both commercial and domestic properties throughout the North West.
Responding to reactive maintenance calls, you’ll communicate with customers in a polite and friendly manner. You’ll maintain high standards of work and ensure that your workspace remains tidy and is free of obstruction at all times.
About You
To be considered as a Maintenance Joiner, you’ll need:
- Previous joinery experience
- Customer-facing experience
- The ability to attend and repair basic plumbing defects, including leaking sinks, taps and toilets
- A carpentry or joinery qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ
- A good level of IT literacy
- A full, valid driving licence
Additional skills, such as the ability to complete painting and touch-up work, would be beneficial. The willingness to pick up additional hours would also be an advantage.
