Aloft London Excel is looking for a Food andBeverage Team Leader to join our Team.

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, youwill look after the day to day operations of our Docksider restaurant, W XYZBar, Tactic meeting rooms and Refuel - our 24/7 grab & go outlet. You arepassionate about people, food and service, providing an Aloft style experienceevery time.

You will work closely with your fellowteam leaders, to help each other in your outlets when needed; flexibility iskey - proactively supporting all aspects of the operation reporting to the Assistant Outlet Managers.You will use your experience to ensure the sequence of service and brandstandards are met, after all you love to train and develop your team of F&BTalent.

We are looking for an innovative, collaborative,hands-on candidate, with excellent attention to detail, a natural ease to dealwith guests - also a passion for food and beverage and a willingness to sharethis with the hotel!

Aloft is lively and energetic, hostingregular live music event each month in Wxyz Bar. Docksider is ourneighbourhood grill restaurant for breakfast, and a la carte dinner. Our hotelguests have the option to select Docksider Delivers - direct to guest rooms byordering online. As well as hosting events and celebrations, we are ready forbusiness meetings with Excel Convention Centre right next door.
