As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will prepare monthly cost reports and management reports; forecasting accurately from commencement to completion of the project.

With the relevant Construction Team, you will take ownership of a project in terms of progress and commercial matters and respond to all sub-contractor correspondence where required. Procurement is generally undertaken by our Procurement department, however as Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to confirm the budgets and review the contents of the sub-contractor orders. Delegating and monitoring tasks to the Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will attend site with a two night lodge each week to review any issues, including providing solutions and advice to ensure the successful project completion. You will be office based Monday and Friday.

About You

So, if you are educated to NVQ Level 4, HND or Degree level in a relevant discipline or have the equivalent experience, then we want to hear from you! We’d like you to have experience of working with high rise buildings or student accommodation builds and be comfortable working in a very fast faced environment. You’ll also be assertive, have good time management skills and excellent knowledge of contract law.
