Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a large, well established and extremely well reputed organisation that seeks Administrators to join one of their expanding departments.
The client offers full training, and continued professional support throughout your career with them. With a focus on developing their own staff, such future career opportunities could include moving in to a variety of business areas including HR, IT, Accounts, Finance, Customer Service, Risk, Compliance, Credit Analysis, Project Management, Secretarial/PA, plus many more, within a range of administrative, management, analytical or technical capacities.

The main duties include:
* Accountable for processing a range of documentation within a fast paced environment
* Responding to customer and broker queries, via email and telephone
* Ensuring resolution of customer queries
* Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulation
Applicants will have gained previous office administration experience, and will be well versed in liaising with customers/clients professionally over the phone and via email.
Naturally conscientious, with a keen eye for detail, applicants will also be strong team players, well organised, able to find solutions to problems and highly motivated.
Applicants should be educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English. The client is always keen to receive applications from graduates.
