Our client is a well established organisation in the Hydraulic Components industry.
The company manufacture, repair & overhaul a wide range of Hydraulic Components & Equipment; Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Industrial Equipment, Fluid Power Products, Fluid Transfer Products, MRO Components, Coupling, Valves, Pumps, Hoses & Fitting supplying OEMS & End-Users across a variation of sectors including Automotive, Construction, Rail, Aerospace, Manufacturing and more throughout the UK.
The company are now looking to recruit an experience Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Hydraulic / Pneumatic or MRO Components industry, hold a proven track-record in sales / business development and offer a strong technical / 'hands-on' approach to sales. Successful candidates will be hardworking, target-driven and looking to join a well-established organisation.
Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Hydraulic Components / MRO Components industry.
2. Technical Sales / Business Development experience - essential
3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services.
4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit
5. Effective Communicator.
6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
7. Computer literate.
