Millers Vanguard, a specialist maintenance provider for bakery and catering equipment are looking for an experienced Trainer to be based in Mossfield Mill. The role will entail assisting and delivering training activities throughout the company.
Day to day duties include:
* To train Reactive Engineers and Technicians either in small groups or on a one to one basis.
* To train Reactive Engineers and Technicians through programmes that could be Electrical/Mechanical, or Refrigeration based.
* To deliver a comprehensive induction programme to all new starters from all areas of the business (Reactive Engineers, Technicians, Warehouse Operatives or Office based staff)
* Facilitate and assist learners completing online HSE Online Training Modules.
* To co-ordinate external training events delivered by external provider.
* To assist and deliver where necessary PPM Training.
* Advise on the most appropriate training by individual, whether internal or external.
* Maintain and update all training systems and procedures as appropriate.
* Develop new training manuals or training advice notes when appropriate.
SPECIAL FEATURES / ATTRIBUTES
* Technical Engineering knowledge, ability or experience.
* Experience on Bakery, Catering, industrial Equipment desirable.
* Electrical, Mechanical or Refrigeration qualification or experience desirable.
* Excellent delivery skills to both groups and individuals.
* Experienced in the Training and Assessment process.
* Ability to identifying training needs and opportunities within a business.
* Flexible approach to schedule changes.
* Good understanding of IT and Microsoft packages.
* Operate with total confidentiality.
* Flexibility in working hours and duties undertaken.
* Excellent communication skills required.
* Develop and maintaining Training Materials.
Excellent Working Environment
Working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
