Your new company
A leading manufacturing company is looking for an accounts payable administrator to join their finance team on a temporary basis to cover long term sickness. Based in West Yorkshire this company prides itself on its outstanding reputation

Your new role
Your role will be to deal with the end to end purchase ledger process. You will be responsible for match, batch and code and will be expected to liaise with suppliers on a regular basis. In addition to this you will be expected to check key supplier statements against supplier accounts, deal with any discrepancies and request copy invoices and credit notes where necessary. You will also be required to cover a switchboard as part of your duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be self-motivated and have previous experience working in an accounts environment, having had some previous purchase ledger knowledge. A working understanding of Microsoft packages, and experience working with SAGE 50 will also be required.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate working for a leading manufacturing company. Working 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am till 5pm with an hour for lunch. The business offers free parking and a welcoming working environment.
