Atlantic Hotel, Porthcawl

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Head Chef to join the kitchen team of a popular, busy seaside hotel, bar and restaurant. The hotel has 19 bedrooms and recently completed a full bar and restaurant refurbishment.

The right candidate will work alongside our Group Executive Chef to take the hotel and restaurant into the next stage of our project.

Key Skills

  • Ability to demonstrate all kitchen skills to a high level Possess man management skills

Financial Management

  • Driven, confident and committed to high standards of operation


  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential


  • Full time hours
  • Highly competitive salary - up to £35,000 dependant on experience
  • Relocation assistance with accommodation support is available
