ASA Recruitment is delighted to be working alongside our well established and successful contract catering client based in Glasgow.
We are looking to speak to a strong and talented chef who is looking to develop and progress in their career alongside our client. This permanent role will require the chef to be of a high standard and must have experience of high volume and leadership.
A contract catering background would be advantageous and a desire to exceed expectation and deliver first class food is an absolute must.
As the Lead Chef you will be required to:
?? Have a firm understanding of costing and stock control
?? Experience of high volume and menu creation
?? Lead the kitchen team to deliver the very best dishes using fresh ingredients
?? Adhere to Health and Safety and maintain food hygiene standards
This role will offer:
?? A salary of up to GBP25,000 per annum
?? Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS
?? Career development and progression
?? Fully paid holiday entitlement
