Property Sourcer / Investment Advisor - Blackpool - GBP12,000 OTE GBP35,000

About Them
Our client is one of the leading property investment companies in Blackpool and the South East. They are looking for a Property Sourcer to come and join their Head Office team in the centre of Blackpool.
The Fit
The perfect candidate for this role will have a full clean UK driving license as well as their own car, This is because you will not just be office based. You will be in the filed going to meetings with estate agents as well as property viewings. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role whether it be at an estate agents or a property investment firm. You will need to have great research skills as well as the ability to present the properties you have found to your management team. The successful candidate will be confident and have the willingness to learn new skills as well as being punctual and having a "go get it" attitude towards work. In oder to succeed you will have over 12 months experience under your belt working in a sales position, ideally in the property sector!
The Role
Your main duty will be to source properties in and around the Blackpool area for the company to buy. You will then present these properties to the management team and give them reasons to why it would be a good investment. When you are not sourcing properties you will be out on property viewings and meetings with the estate agents. Once you have settled into the role you will then be trained to handle the buying process including negotiation of the price of the property.
What's in it for you?
As well as earning a basic salary of GBP12,000 you will also receive commission on the profit of the properties you have sourced. This is when the property you sourced has been sold by our client for a profit. You will also be working for one of the best property investment companies in the area and be part of an energetic team based in the centre of Blackpool. The average commission per deal is GBP5,000! Just like any sales positon, the more you put in, the more you will get out!
