Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our Asset Management Team as an Administrator. Reporting to the Customer Service & Data Manager, the team’s aim is to ensure that our Linc Homes & Linc Care services are well maintained, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and residents.
Linc specialises in the affordable housing, social care and health sectors in Wales. We are a socially responsible business and all profits are reinvested for the benefit of our tenants and residents.
Building professional relationships with our tenants, customers and external partners will be essential in this role. A sound knowledge of IT literacy is important, as you will be responsible for updating various software systems with our customers data.
Attention to detail and great communication skills will be key to success as you will be liaising with contractors, tenants and colleagues.
