The executive assistant will support the CEO and 2 developers of a successful real estate business based in North Acton.
This is a small entrepreneurial business, in which you will often have to think on your feet and implement processes. Therefore, someone who enjoys this kind of culture and enjoys being the go-to person will do well.
Duties include:
. Be the first point of contact for the CEO, filtering and responding to general enquiries, or redirect as appropriate.
. Manage and maintain the diary of the CEO and two x developers, insuring appropriateness of appointments and being mindful of other workload commitments.
. Monitor and manage emails often responding on behalf of the senior executives.
. Managed to travel budget and organise accommodate local travel.
. Book conferences and events.
. Provide a full travel itinerary, including flights, transport links/times, locations and people meeting.
. Create documents and PowerPoint presentations
. Attend meetings, take minutes, with actions, distribute, and follow up.
. Prepare reports and presentations
