Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Finance Manager to join us on a permanent, full time basis.

This is a key role responsible for the management of the reporting, budgeting and cash management process for a fast-growing multi-site property business. The role will be analytical and partnering in nature; being client and business facing supported by a high-quality offshored accounting function.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the management of the reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis process in partnership with the Assistant Director and Director of Operations.

Partnering with Regional Head of Operations, you will help them to maximise performance and prepare them for presentations to clients and senior management (may include supporting presence at meetings).

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified and will have end to end management accounting experience. You’ll have excellent communication skills and the confidence to present numbers at senior management / director level and external clients (mainly institutional investors).

The successful candidate needs to have a background of strong balance sheet management to ensure there are no surprises and will be expected to be key to ensuring key processes and controls are in place within the accounting team as well as supporting the audit process for our clients. The role would suit someone with strong people management and organisation skills who can make a difference and is looking to join a rapidly growing company with the ability to influence performance and process.
