Salesforce Production Support Analyst

A Top Tier Investment bank, based in London, are recruiting for a Salesforce Support Analyst to drive business transformation across Capital Markets through a new Salesforce platform on a contracting basis, with the scope to turn permanent.

The Salesforce Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Provide Front Office production support for local and remote users leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Provide thorough analysis of current business work flow and ability to align the strategy to the large user base across various business divisions.
• Liaise between business users, internal system teams and external vendors managing and supporting production issues.

Key Skills:

• Previously worked in Banking or Financial Services - Essential.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
• Extensive Front Office support experience.
• Understanding of Financial Products.
• Previous roles involved being a support Analyst within Salesforce but also the Point of Contact for all issues facing the CRM business transformation.
• Ability to liaise and work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Windows server, UNIX and MS-SQL experience.
