Linc-Cymru are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Business Improvement Team supporting Linc’s Business Modernisation programme to ensure that our services and working practices are driven by data and business intelligence.

You’ll be responsible for working alongside our modernisation programme to help data assist in understanding and the redesign of services.

You’ll be confident carrying out statistical testing, analysing both structured and unstructured data, tapping into external data sources. Most importantly, you will be confident in presenting data in a way that engages your audience and provides clear choices.

We want data and business intelligence to be at the heart of our decision making so you will be used to interpreting data needs and providing teams with real time data. Working with the Technology Team to develop data dashboards, developing predictive data models and implement new technologies that assist with data analysis and predictive modelling will be key to success in this role!

You will have experience in:

· Data analysis, interpreting information, reporting

· Hands on experience with BI tool/reporting software (eg Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, MS excel)

· Database design including data manipulation and querying in SQL

· Working on a variety of Data Analytics projects

· Handling and organising sets of data to develop reports and dashboards

· Building predictive data models
