An opportunity now exists in the Tamworth region for an experienced Ocean Import professional to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis
We are working with great Freight Forwarding company in the heart of the Midlands who are now seeking an experienced import professional to work in the ocean freight team on a temporary basis. Experience of imports is essential.
Job Role:
* Receipt of bookings by phone and email
* Negotiate delivery rates with lines/hauliers
* Preparation of necessary documentation
* Entering customs entries
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
The Candidate
* 1 to 3 years ocean import experience
* Knowledge or or willingness to learn ocean exports
* Self-motivated and ambitious
* Ability to work from your own initiative

A salary package of upto GBP23500 p/a pro ratais available to the successful candidate
