Based in Boston Town Centre, this business has a solid reputation built on years of experience and are looking for a Lettings Negotiator.
Reporting into the Residential Lettings Manager, this position would ideally suit someone with previous experience or knowledge and interest in property. Full training will be given if not coming from a residential lettings background with ongoing support, but this is preferred.
Key aspects of the role will include negotiating and securing deals, completing your own administration alongside these, so good PC skills are essential. You will need to work off your own initiative and be an excellent communicator both within the team and clients to enhance brand integrity and maximise opportunity.
Working within a small team, you must be a self- starter and be able to work under pressure and to set targets.
This position is working Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 17:30pm.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Polish & Russian but is not essential.
A full driving licence and your own vehicle is critical for this role as you will be required to travel across the county to appointments and undertake viewings.
