Residential Property Paralegal
Are you an experienced Property Paralegal?
Have you managed your own caseload of files?
Do you have experience of using case management systems?
Do you want to work in Manchester City Centre?

Duties include:
Assisting a Solicitor with caseloads of residential sales and developer plot sales from start to finish
Drafting and amending relevant documents - contracts and transfer deeds
Undertaking various searches for each property
Dealing with post completion duties
Opening and closing files on Case Manager
AML checks
