Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with a global brand on 12 month Interim HR Manager role.
Base in Nottinghamshire you will work in collaboration with the management team to support the people management functions that underpin the business culture to include: Recruitment & Selection, Workforce Planning, Remuneration, Job Analysis, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Change Management and HR Metrics.
You will support, guide and coach managers through Employee Relations activities including: managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and also performance management best practice.
You will need to work with managers and provide guidance on any training & development opportunities for their teams and implement through sourcing external courses as well as designing and delivering internal training solutions.
You will Support managers with talent and succession planning, including offering guidance on Recruitment & Selection. As well as developing and implementing new policies, procedures and processes.
On top of this you will working with the Directors to develop a HR Plan / Strategy to include developing solutions for the business and employees and lead them through business transformation as needed.
Interim HR Manager - About you.
??Excellent communication skills focused on partnering with the business
??Experience of working with a range of individuals including supporting and guiding senior management
??Ability to build rapport with key members of the management team
??Ability to represent Human Resource as part of the wider business
??Confident advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
??Demonstrable experience of relevant HR projects
??Strong understanding of Employment Law
??CIPD or equivalent qualification
??A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver appropriate business solutions
