This position is for an Education Recruitment Manager for the secondary team working for a specialist independent Teacher recruitment agency in the centre of London.
As the Manager for the Secondary team your role will involve managing a team of 4 recruitment consultants on a day to day basis, you will set and manage individual KPI's, motivate and incentivise your team, hold weekly and monthly team meeting, 1 on 1's, budget and fiscal planning and forecasting, control advertising and marketing cost and lead by example.
This is a nice friendly company to work, targets and KPI's are realistic and designed to motivate you and your team. The company has an annual turnover in excess of 11 million. The secondary team is doing really well and hitting all targets set.
This position does require applicants to have education recruitment experience, no exceptions as you will have clients and candidates that will need servicing immediately.
The company has a planned growth plans which will open up new career development and promotion opportunities.
This agency is positioned on the main tube lines in central London the office is inviting, spacious and open plan set in a modern building.
The commission is very attractive and works on a sliding scale up to 25%
