Early Years Teaching Assistant Person Specification
For this post, you must be a patient graduate who has experience supporting SEN and a strong academic record. We want to meet graduates who can evidence a natural affinity for helping pupils with SEN and display an obvious passion for education. The ideal individual should be able to be a responsible influence on the pupils they teach. The successful candidate will have a welcoming understanding for others and the tools to make fast friends.

The SEN EYFS ASD learning support assistant must
*Have experience working within a UK primary school setting
*Enjoy working with a positive and established staff team
*Have experience working as a 1-1 with ASD
*Make a positive contribution to the student's daily school life
*Have exceptional communication skills and be able to work part of a team and independently
