Great opportunity for a Sales Trainer or Learning and Development Consultant to join a Market-Leading and award-winning Business, who are currently looking to grow their Milton Keynes office dramatically throughout 2019.
This is a hands-on Learning and Development Consultant position where you can really focus on the development of staff through induction, introduction and supporting the early lifecycle of their Career. The Organisation are looking for someone with Training experience within a Sales orientated or Service based position previously and the ability to motivate, inspire and engage delegates.
The Business ask all L & D professionals to perform the 6-week Sales cycle that all new starters are inducted through, this is a great opportunity for you to be a delegate in the sessions that you will be delivering within in the future and to build gravitas by going through the process!
The Role:
Learning and Development Consultant
On Offer:
Basic Salary up to GBP38,000

Duties:
Learning and Development Consultant duties;
* Delivery
* Induction
* Side by side coaching
* Taking classroom sessions
* Evaluating strengths and weaknesses
* Performing 121's
* Liaising with a variety of stakeholders
* Feeding back to team Managers and Directors
6 weeks working a Sales Consultants role before moving into L&D to learn the Business; to include
* Calling Candidates on the database
* Persuading and negotiating
* Obtaining compliance
* Keeping administrations up to date
The ideal Candidate:
* Sales or Service background in L&D / Training
* Willingness to work as a Sales Consultant for 6 weeks to learn the Business
* Ideally qualified or studying 'Assoc CIPD' or another Training related Qualification
* Persuasive and motivational mentality
