Racon Resource are expanding their Glasgow and Derby recruitment teams and we are looking to speak with Technical Recruitment Resourcers to join us.
Racon Resource is part of the Racon Management Services Group, we offer a specialist consultancy and recruitment service to the rail sector across the UK and internationally.
We focus predominantly on specialist white-collar appointments, however we also provide blue-collar personnel when our clients request this support. You will be involved in the recruitment process of both permanent and contract technical appointments across the UK and International rail markets.
Role
* Advertising vacancies and managing response
* Pro-actively identifying suitable candidates for individual roles, using various databases and social media platforms
* Growing and maintaining a technical candidate database and ensuring all files are recorded accurately on the company database
* Liaising with candidates, conducting initial telephone and face to face interviews and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is supplied.
* Performing general administrative duties, and any other related recruitment support
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience of working in a similar environment would be ideal. If not, someone from a technical / engineering background either academically or professionally
* Organised, punctual, hardworking, reliable and diligent
* Excellent IT skills
* Good all round communication skills
* Focussed on quality, professionalism and integrity
