We are currently supporting one of Manchester's most prestigious Executive Search firms in their search for a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Plans and responsibilities for the role are as follows:
* You'd service one key account - sourcing Senior Level/Executive hires across a range of disciplines (AI Software Engineering, Robotics, Digital Transformation)
* You'd develop the account to an extent where you'd be seen as a trusted partner, carrying out market mapping, salary surveys, and helping the client with retention rates and employee satisfaction
* Your hard work will be rewarded with equity and a progression plan to directorship - they have a track record of promoting a consultant to director within 3 years

* Fee sizes between GBP30k-GBP250k
You:
There is no set profile for this role. You could be:

Financials:
* Salary up to GBP40k DOE
* Commission flat 21% - no threshold
* Average fee size GBP45k
* OTE GBP90k-GBP100k Y1
* Performance based equity
