Our client is a provider of social housing across Northern Lincolnshire, currently they are seeking an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary role for approx. one to two months. The role is full time, 37 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
The duties of the role include:
* Provide a tenancy and estate management service to a patch of properties
* Ensure void property targets are met, liaising with repairs teams
* Assisting new tenants to successfully maintain their tenancy, providing rent and welfare benefits advice
* Responsible for visiting clients and chasing outstanding rent arrears
* Investigating and resolving instances of ASB
To apply candidate must have a valid driving license and access to transport and have experience in a Housing Management role
