Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator - Bristol/Avon/Gloucestershire - up to GBP23K + bonus
Permanent, Temporary and FTC options available
Our client, a global engineering & technology organisation, are now looking for an experienced in-house Recruiter or Resourcer to join their expanding business supporting a client base across the Gloucestershire/Avon/Bristol area.
Sitting as part of our clients HR team, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to help attract, recruit and retain key talent predominantly within the engineering and tech sectors.
You role will focus on the support aspects of the recruitment process and you'll often be juggling multiple processes for different role simultaneously. This will inevitably include handing large volumes of information and data. You'll need to help set up and organise interviews, often supporting managers remotely who are not on site. You'll also play a key part in the on boarding and compliance process helping to secure critical information and documentation in relation to the recruitment process.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will already have a strong resourcing or recruitment background from either an agency or in-house background. Alternatively those from a recruitment focused HR role may also be suitable.
